OLDEST EATING HOUSE IN THE KEYS Pepe's Cafe is the oldest eatery in the Florida Keys, and 2nd Oldest in the State of Florida. Harry Truman was a regular, along with many others whose photos are hanging on our walls. Our juices are fresh-squeezed and our oysters are shucked to order. Breads are fresh-made daily, and the only freezer in the House is for the ice cream. We make our own salad dressings as well as our Proprietary Hot Sauces. Had dolphin jalapeo chowder. It was great. Also Mahi blackened fish sand. Very tasty
