The Hill Country Crisis Council, also known as HCCC, is a private, nonprofit organization that offers a range of services for the victims and survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. Established in 1984, it provides various counseling, advocacy, intervention and violence prevention programs. The organization s counseling program includes individual and group assistance for children, teenagers and adults. The Hill Country Crisis Council maintains a 24-hour help line that offers peer counseling, emergency information and referral services. It conducts several training sessions on anger management, alternative responses and consequences for illegal behavior. The Hill Country Crisis Council is located in Kerrville, Texas.
