We ate at Chili's in Kerrville, quite often and have always enjoyed it until the last three times we were there and we were super disappointed to the point of turning around and leaving. We couldn't get waited on..... we were at the front waiting to be seated and no one showed up...three times... and to top it off, waitresses walked by and never made eye contact or told us someone would be coming. One of the three times, there was hardly anyone in the place and this was noon. I don't know what was/is going on, but because of this poor service, we don't choose to give them another chance... or if we do it will be a long time from now....it's mind boggling to go into a restaurant, and no one greet you or seat you...after waiting 15 to 30 minutes....and for staff not to even look up or acknowledge you. Crazy.
