I worked at this subway and we try our best to get the store to the highest standards. We clean up the store many times during the day, are nice to all customers no matter how nice or mean they may act towards us, and do our best to tell customers the best and cheapest way to get a sub that they enjoy. We have no control over prices, portion sizes, or what to put on the sandwiches, besides the meat and the cheese. The rest of the sandwich is made to order. I tell customers what kind of subs I like and what I put on them when they ask, I make subs as fast as possible when I have five people inside and two drive-thru as well as ask open-ended questions. I make sure I take the orders correctly and even repeat them back to make sure. Many of us are college students and are doing our best to give the best customer service. Lately, the construction is giving customers issues, but we try to help customers find out where to go when they are trying to getting back on the highway, etc

This is the best subway i have ever been to! The service was great and the food was even better! I also got a BLT but i asked for the lettuce and tomatoe because if i didnt ask for it i would'nt have gotten it. It shocks me to see the morons who go to fast food places and ASSume they are the ruler of the world. Common courtesy is something thats only found in a few people these days a suppose. Anyway, GREAT SERVICE!

always great service, always great servers

I agree this my second time getting a sub their. My 1st sub when they first opened was nothing but bread and they were not professional at all.The 2nd time I thought I would give them the benefit of the dout since its 6 months later and this sub was even worse. DO NOT purchase anything from this Subway if you don't beleive me see for yourself.

This is the worst Subway I've ever been to. Today I asked for a BLT and the lettuce & tomato was missing on the sandwich when I got home. When I went back to the store, I was told you have to ask for lettuce & tomato even when asking for a BLT. Wow! Are you serious. I thought BLT meant Bacon, Lettuce and Tomato. And even if I was wrong which I don't feel I was, I thought the customer is always right. Not at that Subway. This is about the 3rd time I've had issues. Needless to say, I will not be back.
