I have shopped at your stores for many years now, and the assistance I receive is always good, but on 7/20/2012 it was way beyond that ! A lady named Ashley (?) provided the best customer service I have ever received. She stuck with me making suggestions for my daughters birthday present - she was so helpful ! She answered all my questions and made wonderful suggestions from asking me questions about my daughter's likes. I had most of my daughters presents already since the day I was in your store was the actual day of her birthday - so I was just searching for some last minute small things - I told the sales lady that and yet she still stayed with me helping me. I couldn't believe her professionalism, kindness, and helpfulness to me - I will always shop there because of this experience - I only hope I will always run into a sales person there that is as great as Ashley was. The store she works at is the Kernersville, NC shop. Thanks for such a great experience !
