The staff is very friendly and helpful. The front desk gave me directions when I needed to pick up some allergy pills for my son and they were always quick to answer any questions.
The live music was very good. No slouches on the vocals. Evie, the activities supervisor was great, she tried to keep everyone engaged. Jason and Eric were very helpful to my kids in the archery range and down at the lake. My kids loved the pool and the water slides. They had so much fun!

We spent 2 nights over the Easter break. Everyone had a lot of fun relaxing walking the grounds, sitting by the fire at night. Playing card games at night in the lobby, trying to get the ring around that hook, pool, air hockey. Are the other reviews true about it needing to be updated. Yes, all true. But our room was clean. Food was good, Did we run out of hot water one night and was told by front desk that they use old water heaters and give it 20 min. Yes. But we laughed it off. You want high end. This isn't the place for you. You want relaxation, friendly staff, Skeeter is a riot, Mike by the paddle boats is a great guy, TJ at the snack bar was nice. We will be going back again.

This place is all about the children. We are so glad we brought our son here. Him and his friends had an amazing time. They loved that the food was free. The horseback riding was great for kids. There is so much there to entertain them that we couldn't get it all in.

For the adults it really is a weekend where our enjoyment is watching the kids loving their time there. The food was edible and the mattresses were uncomfortable.

I'll probably go back because I'm sure they'll want to go again.

Me and my son (13 years old) had a fantastic time. You will not be bored or hungry! All of the staff members were friendly and helpful. The horseback trail ride was fun(about 45 minutes long) was well worth the money ($25 per adult, $15 per child).The activities director, Jennifer, was terrific. She had lots of fun games every day. We played Bingo, Trivia, Ring the Bull and did two Scavenger hunts but there were many more than that. All of the games had prizes; 'Pinegrove Dollars' to spend at the gift shop or Starbucks. Dinner was delicious and the portions were huge. They had meals like chicken parm, steak and stuffed chicken Florentine. Breakfast was very good also and the portions were large. The servers were very attentive. Lunch was ok, there were a lot of options. Our room was clean and appeared to be updated recently, the bathroom didn't look updated but it was clean. If I had to say anything negative, it would be that the facility wasn't spotlessly clean in some areas. All in all, it was a great vacation for the money.

There's so many fun things to do all the time!! Free snacks which is awesome. The meals provided are delicious. The horses are so nice and riding was amazing!

Great place to visit! They make you feel right at home and treat you as family! If you want to get away for a few days and get a little taste of country living I highly recommend paying this place a visit!

Family friendly, great staff. Organized activities provide children and adults the opportunity to mix. Beautiful rustic surroundings. Highly recommended!

Well kept horses, fun trails, wonderful staff in every area of the resort. Rooms are adequate, not fancy. Think dude ranch not 5 star vacation! With the right frame of mind about that it's a charming place and my family loved it!

The staff was amazing! Everyone really tried to make sure that we had a wonderful experience. They didn't make us feel weird at all about using a Groupon. Highly recommend this resort to others. We can't wait to go back!

We had a lot of fun during a 3-day weekend type of stay. The features were proportional to the price. I wanted to try horseback riding and this was a nice way to do that -- relaxing in a resort.

Awesome Memories here! Great time every time we visit. Room can use an upgrade beside that, the cheeses fries are delish and the ice cream amazing! Breakfast, lunch and dinner really good! My 10 year old had a blast on his own! Very family oriented place!

Real Rustic, very relaxing ,kid friendly that gave this country style get away a real family feel. The food gets two thumbs up ,I would come back for the food.
The amenities, horse back riding ,swimming and fire place made for great experience.

What a great resort! Very child friendly. The riding instructors were fabulous. Can't wait to go back!

Our family just came home today from 4 days at the ranch. We had a great time, again!! This is our 6th visit. The owner David cares about his customers and always runs promos to help you afford it, Mike in reservations is great, skeeter keeps the place running, all the horse handlers and maitre d Juan in the restaurant and eylse and Norbert are awesome waiters and really get to know their customers and make them feel like vip!
There's so much to do for all ages! My kids love the pool and slides, horses, bounce pillow, laser tag and all day cheese fries! :)
Don't come expecting a bora bora 5 star resort but do come for a really great time!

This was my 1st visit . This place is all about family. Your kids will have soo much to do .they will have no reason to pick up an iPad or tablet . The indoor pool is heated and clean
There is a indoor min golf . There is air hockey, plenty of space to run and just be kids . The good was diff a 4 star status omg sooo good
The staff is really nice and warm friendly
I diffently recommend bringing the kids
