Mr. James P. Hoffman's professional experience consists of the handling of cases in both state and federal courts. The successful obtainment of verdicts and/or settlements has ranged from a few dollars to millions. Professional Experience: I have practiced as plaintiff and defense counsel involving personal injury, workers compensation, insurance law, corporate law and other generalized legal work including criminal defense. Presently, my practice is primarily emphasized in the field of workers compensation and personal injury with some other deviations of trial work; including corporate and international corporate business issues involving millions of dollars.
