Absolutely professional, does not take short cuts, enjoyable, very very particular, if you follow his plan and options you will have perfect teeth at the end of your program. We have had two children go through ortho. programs with Dr. Messer. We are extremely pleased with the end results and our children are so proud of their teeth as well. Good dental work; however extremely dissapointed with their late fees on billing. Considering the total we are spending with this dentist, the fees are too high and do not reflect an appreciation of the customer. We have a fairly consistent track record for ontime payments. There have been a few that are late, but still have been made. There is a $5 fee of payment is late, regardless of prior payment history. We have requested a waiver and received one only. Just an unpleasant experience in these tough times.
