this is horrible Apartment.if you love your life please do not rent here. once you move in they make sure they increase the rent for the following year. they don't fix anything. if you choose to rent here you will be smelling POT everyday. They have so many hidden charges which I ended up paying almost $ 100 extra. I just moved out.

The property management company who manages this property (for an independent owner) is unprofessional from the bottom to the top. They have no regard for the renter being their customer and the fact that the customer PAYS them. They have not taken the time to make crucial updates to the buildings (i.e., water leaks throughout the buildings, rodent and pest problems) and upper management ties the hands of the onsite personnel, so they can only perform minimal updates and repairs, at best ("band aid and bubble gum repairs"). Instead of proactive updating/repairs, this management company waits until there is a major problem which inconveniences the customer and damages the customer's furniture/property. Even then, 9 times out of 10 it is not taken care of properly or professionally.
