Established in 1944, Wesley Homes is a nonprofit organization providing residential and assisted living services to older adults. Wesley Homes offers a wide range of services, including home health care, adult day care, housing services, assisted living and nursing care. Additionally, it provides health services that feature skilled nursing, wound care and dressing changes, medication supervision, medication reminders, bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation and exercises. Wesley Homes' adult day health center provides a home-like environment, and rehabilitative and social support programs. It is affiliated with the Pacific Northwest Conference of the United Methodist Church. Wesley Homes is located in Des Moines, Wash.
