I was A particapant in the training programs for refinishing techs in the 90's I hoped to graduate to working corp. for PPG .specificatly in their training and R&D programs. I reached Master certifaction..as well into to thier custom program. The programs that were in effect at the time benifited refinshing techs and even more, the customers of the techs in the home cities that the techs came from.
