Beware that this office is only open part time and never on Fridays. When you are laid up in the chair, the staff talk over you, to each other, about their personal lives, as if you are not there. They told me I needed a new crown, even though I was not having any problems with the old one. I thought, fine, maybe I should do it while I have insurance. After they put a temporary crown on, on a Thurs, it fell off that evening. I called and they advised me to put it back on myself, and come in on Monday! That's when I learned that they are never open on Friday, and not interested in coming in, even if a patient has a crown fall off. All weekend long, I kept putting the temporary crown back on, on my own, and it was pretty sensitive-feeling. I dont think they fit it right either, as by the time they filed the permanent one down it was almost flat. And it still feels uncomfortable to chew on that side of my mouth, a year later. I decided to find another dentist.
