I see there was only 1 review for this store so I decided to share. I've been to this location many times over the last year. I moved to Kent close 1 year ago and I started going to Jiffy Lube in the summer. The manager there, Kim, really does a great job of making you feel like she cares. I had a few extra requests and she catered to them with no problem. I am definitely going to keep coming back. They haven't broken anything on my car but I'm sure if they did, Kim would own up to it and make it right.

This place broke something in my engine, took two days to find a replacement part, were really rude to me, broke something else and took no responsibility for it. They also tried to scam me into leaving without any record that I had ever been there or what they did
