Very professional. Everything was smooth was able to get driving test appointment within an an hour of calling, they fit me in. appreciate it!
I had one of their cars with one person in it so I'm guessing that was an instructor,gridlock my one way residential street at rush hour Intentionally.The guy blocked my street in for the duration of a slow freight train for zero reason.
Note the lack of car next to him because that car stopped before the intersection not in it.I was stop sign gates when down this jerk just pulled right into the intersection.
Not sure I'd trust a driving school with instructors that can't follow the law and common courtesy.
the test isn't multiple choice its only filling out the blanks and no refunds and this own is scammer from india and yes when your phone rings your test is over well if its important he doesn't care about your work so be reported to police and Washington state licensing and yes mostly Indians are criminals they scammed you your money, and yes their not allowed in driving school material it ruined America driving schools and make them more dangerous pls don't go to this scammed and yes the owner should arrested right away call 911 for police arrest him now so he will be in prison for violating the rules in Washington state licensing .
Salah is a helpful and honest instructor. I took both my Knowledge Test and Skills Test at EHDS. He told me what I needed to work on, how to work on it and to take the road serious, especially as a new driver. If you want a good instructor and a reasonable price for the area, come to East Hill Driving School.
Experience very bad with east hill driving school Kent wa they are very gridy make wrong result report for make more money .change your answers.students have right answers .students pass first and second time they gave to them fail result reports they had 500 dollars to 700 and 800 dollars target from everyone
my wife was there to take a test for 1:30 appointment but he was not there at the time, he end up going late and rushing her to the test and keep saying "he have to go somewhere " finally he took her out from his lot with in second they return and saying she is not making a yield so that he can't take her anymore. we know he was on the rush.i don't advised for anybody to go with this guy, he is so rude and un profession.
East hill was very flexible about the hours and very detail orientated letting us know to check our I.D # twice and I look at mine thinking I already had it correct and I was wrong. I also enjoyed the pictures on the wall made from children about things that can happen while texting, drinking,and also pictures of real life things that happened to the victims of these things and how they have to live the rest of there lives because someone was texting or drinking it was not only sad but made me realize the responsibility we have as drivers to be safe. A good reminder.
I purchased a Traffic Ed package form this East Hill Driving School for my nephew last year and he had a wonderful things to say about this place. My initial conversations and registration with their office seemed professional.

I have two daughters who attended East Hill driving school and the instructor was very helpful to fit our schedule for our daughter's drives. They had good experience in class as well as the drives.
This operation is unprofessional. The Owner is the Instructor and therefore tries to handle all operations himself. There is literally no support staff except a receptionist who doesn't even know the owners real name and cannot even allow a parent to leave required parental signatures on standard forms. And the owner/instructor is rude to both parents and students. He was actually going to make me take more time off from work to come back just to leave a parental signature on a document just because my daughter had a personal issue that made her late for class. I have no problem with her needing to makeup the class but the Owner was rude in not allowing a parent (myself) to provide required parental signatures which could have easily been handled on the spot thereby not requiring a second trip and time off work just to provide required parental signatures. He then after I demanded I be allowed to at least provide parental signatures required for class said he would "Give a full refund" to me for the class and said I would need to do so online. When I went to his online site there was no way to process refunds. That is misleading to say the least in that he is just saying anything with no real idea of how to process a refund. Simply put, Owner was rude and uncooperative and poor at customer service. Don't use this business.
