i.e., Amended Tax Return Preparation/Audit Julie was very thorough and found deductions that the prior accountant had overlooked which offset part of the item that I had mistakenly missed when I initially had the return prepared. She then made contact with the internal revenue auditor and found out exactly what they needed us to send to avoid going to tax court. We were informed they needed everything regarding our being interstate truck drivers (including daily logs for both of us, load assignments, documentation of expenses on the road, company per diem reimbursement policy, etc.). Julie got everything organized in a logical order. She got the street address for the office in Philadelphia where the Internal Revenue letter was sent from so that I could send the box of documents. We tried to have the case moved to Seattle, but were told it was too close to the deadline. After sending the information the case was sent to Missouri. Julie kept in contact with the agent the case was assigned to (the information from Philadelphia was sent to him in various mailings instead of at one time like they received it). The agent agreed with the amended return that Julie prepared. It was a great relief to us that we found an accountant as knowledgeable as she is. A local favorite, or highly recommended because

Friendly, knowledgeable. Saved me a substantial amount of money by finding deductions in prior years as well as the current year. She goes over the tax return with us, line by line, instead of just handing us a tax return. Her fees are below those of other CPAs and worth every penney.
