We've taken our Trailmanor Trailer there for service 5 times so far, for a wide range of things needing fixing or upgrades we wanted to do. We keep going back, and will keep going back because they do a great job. One time we had one small problem with a part they used and they went above and beyond the call of duty in making things right.

I have had people come out before from other companies before. Believe me I was not happy with the people that came out. they were slimy people and dishonest. I was happy that my husband was with me at that time. They would make sure to take there time to get things done so it would coast more. Well let me tell you about my experience with Auburn Kent RV. IT WAS THE BEST EVER... the guy that came out got right to work. He was well dressed like a person should be on doing a service call. clean well groomed. He didn't have a problem with me asking questions and he made sure that I knew what was wrong. And I bought the parts that we needed. they didn't have a problem with using what I bought for what I needed fixed. I also talked to him about other things that I needed and he took a list back to the shop and He will look the things up that I need and he don't have a problem to come back. I would like to say thank you for coming out to the place where I am parked. That means a lot to us.

Will never take our RV anyplace else! Everyone knows their stuff and fully understands the concept of great customer service. So glad to have found them!

AKVRV is the best. We have been using their mobile service for 2 years now and would not let anyone else touch our rig. There are mechanics who simply do what they are told, and their are brilliant mechanics who love to solve problems using creative thinking rather than following rules. My experience with Auburn-Kent Valley RV: 1. Tim greeted me in the most professional and courteous manner. One of the most important factors for me is keeping my coach clean when being worked on. Somehow, while Tim and I were going around evaluated the work to be done, someone covered the seat, steering wheel and floor mats. That was amazing, and showed how much care they take with your property. Tim was amazing at being organized. I will continue to take my RV's there as long as we own them. They are a pleasure to deal with, honest and helpful. They went and picked up my RV since our storage is nearby and brought it to their shop. They kept me in the loop and were friendly at all times. They just replaced the old three burner cooktop that took my entire counter space with a new three burner that takes half the space. The work was very well done, they were very well informed, the work was done promptly and what I really appreciated is that they kept me informed! They were able to answer all my questions about other work I need done. Plus they checked my blackwater tank for leaks and said it was in great shape and needed no work. pemryes

Bought a new truck and needed my weight distribution hitch checked and adjusted. Was a few minutes early for my appt. They took me right in, did what they said they would, and had me on my way. Very happy with their service. All the folks I talked to were knowledgable and very cordial. Would not hesitate to recommend them to friends.

I just had some repairs done on my trailer. the work was done on my shower & hot water heater in good time so I can use it next week. everybody is nice & well informed. rates are fair to.
