Founded in 1978 as Young Marketing Services, Young & Associates is a team of management consultants who provide consulting, outsourcing and educational services to community financial institutions throughout the United States and overseas. It offers a range of products and services that cover the areas of banking, such as risk management, capital and strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, branching and expansion, loan review, marketing and compliance. Young & Associates collaborates with state and national banking associations and conducts educational seminars and training for more than 3,000 bankers every year. Its risk-based internal audit services assist directors and senior managers in their risk management responsibilities for maintaining an effective system of internal controls and identify potential improvements in operational areas.
