My children have been attending looking glass for over 4 years combined. They have recently made a lot of changes. They are understaffed - which all daycares are right now, but because of this children are shuffled from room to room throughout the day. My daughter has on some days been in 4 different class rooms in one day to accommodate the ratios. Because of this the kids are exposed to all the illnesses in every room, which recently led (during a county decline) a COVID outbreak in the daycare for which they had to shut down! Now they are also choosing to supplement real fruit for "100% fruit Juice" TWICE a day. its also offered during other meals on top of this. This is a ton of sugary junk for kids to consume and has no nutritional value to it. The center says the juice is actually more expensive than real fruit but more convenient for them (akak they're too lazy to distribute fruit!) - this is inaccurate - real fruit is more costly and they are simply being cheap. So now I am required to send in fruit as an alternative to the juice for my child - my kids for 4 years have not been permitted to have juice, suddenly now its policy. However, I am not being provided any kind of discount for all the "expensive" juice my child in not consuming. Considering that they also just recently increased everyone's tuition and haven't hired enough people I'd love to know where the extra money is all going. Its saddening to see these centers prioritizing convenience and money over children's health. The silver lining to this place is Mr. Mike. He is fantastic and all of my children have loved him and found comfort in him on difficult days and is my main hesitation for not having already found care elsewhere. But at this point we are looking. So very disappointed in this facility otherwise.

Horrible staff they don't care about the kids just lining there pockets with your money. The owner Jenny is never there.
