Bond is terrible. I would never recommend them. They hardly ever came by, and only did so after I reminded them. I had to do so three times. They also did not always examine each termite trap, just most of them. When I called their phone number to complain they just gave me excuses. I had to watch them when they worked to make sure they did their job, unfortunately I was usually at work when they came. They also just wrote their inspection report one time on a scrap piece of paper or a card, instead of an official inspection receipt. Pathetic. More than once they were four months between visits, which were supposed to be monthly.
