Very rude and unprofessional. Never willing to make arrangements when in a financial bind....... Will NEVER go through them for a car loan, NEVER

I was in a lot of trouble financially, and it was nice that my dealer found this place so I could get a loan. However, the service in the office has a lot to be desired. A number of times I have had to look up the address to send a payment because they did not send me another payment statement. They are also to cheap to send a payment envelope. On top of that I called and requested a statement for my payments in 2013 so i could get the amount I paid for tax purposes. The woman on the phone said she would put it in the mail in it would be there on Monday ( I called on Friday) It never came. I gets so frustrating dealing with businesses that can't do there job. Be patient

THIS IS THE WORST POSSIBLE PLACE TO OBTAIN A CAR LOAN!! I WAS TOLD I WAS A MONTH BEHIND, SO I PAID WHAT I WAS TOLD. A MONTH LATER I WAS TOLD I DID NOT OWE ANYTHING I HAD OVERPAID. MY FIRST LATE PAYMENT I RECD A CALL AT WORK TO DISCUSS A LATE PAYMENT (1 PMT) , PUT THE PERSON ON HOLD (I WORK AT A BUSY MEDICAL OFFICE) , WHILE SHE WAS ON HOLD SOMEONE ELSE CALLED IN ON THE OTHER LINE. EVENTUALLY SOMEONE LEFT A MESSAGE ON MY BOSSES VOICE MAIL (WE HAVE THE SAME FIRST NAME). DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH AUTO LOAN
