This towing company was the 2nd sent to me when I called in State Farm Emergency road service late-night 1/11/16. I wish it was the very first towing company that was sent to me because they were honest, professional and very patient in their work. Best I've EVER had!! State Farm had initially sent me Antioch Automotive in which that was a (3 hour wait) with many calls stating they needed to extend the time due to weather conditions. Each call bumping up the time 20-45 min. I was so upset that they made me wait so long. Then they finally arrive with a flatbed and the driver parked 200ft away from my vehicle. Wouldn't come all the way up the hill. (TITAN did!!) He said he couldn't do anything for me because of the way my car was positioned into a ditch. All he gave me were other options in which were all costly to me, he stated my Insurance "wouldn't cover it". He did absolutely nothing! Didn't even attempt to do so. Showed no sympathy for us in this cold weather and also said we would need a Medium-weight truck and he wouldn't be able to do it till next day. He left. I quickly contacted State Farm and rep said he should have never said there was a charge to me as I am fully covered for anything -any equipment. They lied to me, tried to take my money. I asked for another towing company and here came TITAN to the rescue! Literally!!! Close to midnight, arrived as first mentioned in 30 min or less. Lazo called me personally within the 10 min and said he was 15 min away. Arrived right on time. Worked very cautious and patiently. Analyzed his work like a professional. (Seen him from the side mirror) took his time to get things done right and in a safely manner. He even gave extra in making sure we were definitely good to go. Within 15-20 min we were out of the ditch and good to go. Thank you guys so much! I can write a story about this whole experience, I feel it was so much more...however, it's late and I need to go to bed. I close on my new house tommorow!!���������������� TITAN, you made my night!
