After several successful years, the Pavlica’s decided to move on and opened the door for Steve Koellner to purchase the business in the Fall of 2021. Intent on preserving all that made the business a success, Steve has continued to work with the same suppliers to bring Kenosha the best in premium ice cream flavors.
