I've been shopping at Rock heads for the last 4 years. The owners are very nice and if you sign up for the pull list you save 10% percent. It is usually the highlight of my week to go in and see what new comics are on the shelf. I would highly recommend anybody that collects comics in the Kenosha area sign up to get your comics pulled. They also have scheduled game nights and events. If you are a comic book collected or a gamer check out one of my favorite stores in Kenosha. If I had one small complaint it would be that there back logged issues are not accessible. If you let them know what you are looking for they will try to find it, especially if you are on there pull list. I asked for a few pre 52 DC comics and they where in my pull pile the next week. Since they moved locations they have more room for gaming and events and everything is clean and organized.

Since the new owners took over 4 yrs ago this place has become fantastic.

I've asked about back issues and they inherited over 30,000 back issues when they bought the store. Currenly all the Marvel & DC back issues are out. Been told they recently bought a new building - going from 2000 sq ft to 9000 sq ft - they hope to move in the fall of 2012. More room for new comics, back issue comics, more retail space, more space for gaming - can't wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been shopping at Rockheads now for about 15 years, back from when they were on 26th ave. The store has recently undergone a change in ownership with the new owner being more personable than the last. The "clutter" that the previous poster was replying to was the last owners expansive collection of comic, movie and TV memorabilia used to decorate the store; personally I always got a kick out of looking at it. The gamers he had to walk past gamed on two two tables at the front of the store... which is to be expected at a gaming location. The back issues were organized into about 50 boxes spanning multiple serials, however the new owner doesn't have as many on display. Still, I do agree aesthetically the store could accomplish more, but if all you want is to purchase a game, a comic, or play in a tournament this place gets it done for you. It's also the only such place in Kenosha to have weathered the "flavor of the day" gamer market as long as it has. While the list of forgotten card and comic shops in Kenosha has continued to grow, Rockheads still stands strong.

Not a good shopping experience. Back issues were a mess, couldn't find anything I was looking for. Owner barely even spoke when I asked questions and wasn't helpful at all. Store is cluttered and kind of dingy. Had to walk past tables full of gamers that were blocking the main aisle just to get to the comics which were all the way in the back. This is not a place I will go back to.
