      False warranty advertising

      My roof was done by Martin and Son's and is only 3 years old. A 10 year warranty came with it but has not been honored. I have a leak in my roof that is causing major problems. I have called repeatedly asking to speak with the owner but he is ALWAYS out of town and has never returned my calls. The person answering the phone at Martin and Son's told me that since it is a second roof on top of the original one...they are NOT responsible for leaks from the first roof. I have been calling since October 2007....and they still will not honor the warranty.

      This business could make my experience better by honoring the warranty agreement that came with the roof 3 years ago.
