We have had the Kenosha YMCA as an after school service for the past several years at our school and have had nothing but trouble. They cannot keep competent staff. They have changed site coordinators at least 3 times this year and there is never any notice or consideration for the parents. We come in and wham, there is someone new there. The structure is poor and the kids have no respect for the staff because the staff has no consideration for the students. The last site coordinator actually said, in front of the students, "what a bad bunch of kids they were". I cannot wait till school is over and I will not be sending my kids there for the summer. It is just as bad. There is no follow through or structure of any kind.
