The other reviews no longer apply. Since late 2012, this business was leased to different owners and is now under new management. They are a new business and want to please their customers, therefore service is great, and will continue to be so. The building has been remodeled and has also been landscaped which has not only brought more attention to it and therefore more business, but has also breathed new life into something that beforehand was almost worthy of demolition. The people that own and run this business are medical professionals and are also aware of their customers needs and as this is a new business, may also take suggestions for better service. If you ever go to Serenity Salon Spa & Aesthetics, take a moment and observe your surroundings, take note on the quality of service, cleanliness, and the professional way in which each employee conducts themselves. I had a great experience, they were friendly and talented! I must say I think their pricing is a little high but overall it was great. They put extensions in my hair and dyed and cut my hair. I also bought some hair products, they carry a great European line.

I have given this salon numerous chances to do my hair and every time I have been there, there seems to be an issue. Everything from their beauticians not showing up for their appointments (with no calls to the client), to not having the color in stock, to being closed when appointment had been scheduled to bad hair cuts! My friend went there for a waxing and they didn't have the wax and the girl had never done waxing before! Unfortunately, even though their salon looks first class, the service is lacking and not professionally run at all.
