kay jewelers has the worst customer service I went and bought something and the salesman was nice cause he wanted me to buy something he said I could upgrade and when I went back a week later he was an #$$$ he didn't even try to help me the iten was in new condition and still had the plastic and he pulled it off and said see you cant return it cause is not in new condition when it was him that took of the plastic I will never go back and please people don't go inthere bad customer service and they don't keep there word
