I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2006, a Certified Health and Wellness Coach in 2010, and a Certified Life Coach in 2020. I, personally, have practiced daily mind management since 2013. Through personal and professional growth, I understand the importance of self-care and meeting my needs. It has helped me to be present, no matter the situation.
