Stay away from Holly Peters. I bought a rug from them, and it was beautiful and fairly priced. The trouble came when I arranged for them to clean the rug. Someone there gave me information that turned out to be wrong, and when I tried to talk to the manager about it, he was extremely rude. I was very unhappy about how I was treated. My sister had a fine rug that needed cleaning with special attention, and I recommended Holly Peters to her because I thought they would be the best experts in the area. They charged her a fortune--hundreds and hundreds of dollars--and the rug came back with stains and a strong stink. I don't know how they could have delivered the rug with the way it smelled. When we asked about the smell, we were told it would go away with time. Almost a year later, it still stinks. I am mortified that I recommended Holly Peters to my sister. She is now trying to find another company to clean the rug again to get rid of the smell.
