  Jayson is a Redken Specialist with over 20 years of experience. He also has an extensive professional resume in the make-up field as both an Artist and business manager for Estee Lauder and MAC Cosmetics. Jayson has multiple advanced certifications including Big Sexy Hair, Cinderella Hair Extensions and Microdermabrasion. He has experience as a cosmetology instructor at Loraines Academy and Fortis College. Jayson firmly believes it takes both the cut and color working together to create a successful design. He enjoys seeing the outcome of his artistry. Jayson says, "I have a strong desire to help people create their own sense of individuality. I think haircut, color and style are the most unique form of self-expression."
• Hair Color
  Joey joined the Volo team in 2014 after graduating from The Salon Professional Academy in Tampa, a Redken endorsed school. He became a shareholder of Salon Volo stock in 2019. Joey is a Certified Redken Specialist and also Redken Certified in design and color. Joey has taken advanced courses from the industry's leaders such as Sam Villa, Justin Isaac, Tara Gardner and Ryan Morgan. While Joey's passion is color, he is an accomplished designer as well. He is constantly studying the latest techniques and trends. Whether you see him with a client in his chair or not, Joey is always paying it forward by training our associate level stylists. He says his sense of creativity is expressed through hair color.

  Haley has an impressive resume with the ROTC program and accolades earned in both AP and Honors Programs at Boca Ciega High School. She has loved make-up and hair since she was very young so it was a natural step for her to attend Loraines Academy directly after high school. Haley feels fortunate to have Johnny Argue as her mentor and trainer at Salon Volo. Haley is a certified Redken Specialist and has had advanced color training with Joe Chesbro and color correction training with Randy Topham, both Redken Artists. Her infectious good nature is evident when she says, "I love helping people look and feel great, making the world beautiful one guest at a time."
