Tudor Artisans is a truly unique and wonderful company to help customers with home design, component design, period reproduction doors, fireplaces, windows, hand-carved limestone, hand-carved wood items, period glass panels, period replacement steel windows and doors, period glass restoration, stone door surrounds, window surrounds, and period correct hardware. The folks at Tudor are experts with Tudor Revival restoration and have helped hundreds of customers in 38 states and Canada. 99% of our customers love our work and have offered letters of praise and thanks. No other company can bridge the gap between a great architect that may not be an expert in Tudor design and component development with the great builder that may not have built a true Tudor home before.

Tudor Artisans provided nice (but expensive) products for our new home including a fireplace surround, stained-glass window, and door hardware. Unfortunately, when they shipped our fireplace surround ($5,046 including freight), it was sized incorrectly. On their advice, we had our contractor cut the surround to the correct size and sent Tudor Artisans the bill. To date, Tudor Artisans has completely ignored us and have yet to offer us anything for our costs to correct their mistake. They take no responsibility for sending us the wrong sized surround. Do not do business with this company. Tudor Artisans will talk real nice, take your money up front, but if there is any problem they basically will tell you to go pound sand. Tudor Artisans is, by far, the worse company I have ever dealt with in regards to customer service, and they lack the barest trace of business integrity. I have filed a complaint with the Georgia's Governor's Office of Consumer Affairs and will file many more.
