It was honestly amazing! When I first walked in there it smelled like chocolate, which is delicious. As soon as we walked in they greeted us and asked us what we needed. They had an amazing visual size fitting. Originally I though I was a 38DDD because VS fitted me. I was actually a 30GG. The first bra they gave me felt so much better! My posture is better, my back doesn't hurt, the bra band wasn't riding up. It also didn't leave marks on my skin. The lady who was my helper was Katie she was amazing and so sweet. She gave us her honest opinion and referred us where to get a bathing suit. This is was amazing my girls feel amazing. I wish that I lived in Georgia but this was just a trip.

Bought a sports bra and the wires started sticking me. I took it back and was told that the bras aren't made for tall people but not to worry the seamstress can fix it. I left the bra, the wires were adjusted and sewn into place. The wire still sick me. Terrible bra even though the specialist fit me for it. I won't be back.

I bought $280 worth of bras, wash, and a bag to wash the bras in 2 months ago. Two of the bras were curling up on the edge, showing through my shirts, so I took them in to be looked at. The first person who saw me (I think was Cynthia) basically told me that I was lying about how I was taking care of them - not using the detergent I bought from them, not hanging them to dry, etc. I did exactly what Rebecca told me to do with the bras. The second person, Molly, was much nicer, but said she had no idea why the bras were curling up on the edges unless something I was wearing, like lotion or oil, or the dyes that I was washing them with was making this happen. The bras are the same type - and only one side is curing up. So, why is the other side not curling unless it's a defect in the bra? I am so disappointed in the service I got there - nothing was done. So, $120 is down the drain. I have gotten bras at Target for $15 that last longer than these WITHOUT their "lasting care" wash that I was diligently using, and going through the dryer, which I did not do with these bras. I would not waste my money or my time in this store. Their products are cheaply made and sold at a very high price!

I paid $400 for a private party at TIPS OR TAPS with 10 of my girl friends. We showed up not really sure what to do or expect, we were never greeted by the owner or either of the employees. The instructor started the class an hour late, we learned a few things but not much. At 9:55 the receptionist took our cd out of the player handed it to one of our girls and said " your party is over and I have an hour drive, so wrap it up." Who says that? When I spoke up about the instruction not starting until 8 she told me that she would charge my credit card for every minute we stayed late.



Terrible customer service. I do not reccommend anyone waste their money.
