- Fillings
- Resin CompositeTooth-colored fillings or composite resin fillings strengthen the tooth by bonding to its structure. The bonded filling creates a tight seal against bacteria. These fillings are matched to the shade of your original tooth in order to give it a natural appearance in your mouth. We are able to remove other unnatural fillings such as metal or gold and replace them with tooth-colored fillings to improve the look of your smile and make your restorative procedure look natural and unnoticeable to the average individual.
- VeneersNormally, when we complete a set of veneers for our patients, we will then create a custom night guard to help protect the veneers from chipping or breaking. Although veneers that are done correctly do not tend to ever debond, teeth grinding can cause damage to the porcelain veneers, causing them to crack or break. These concerns require additional care and replacement in order to keep porcelain veneers looking their best, so by wearing the custom night guard, you can enjoy your porcelain veneers for an extended amount of time.
- CrownsCrowns replace missing tooth structure, support misshapen or badly broken teeth, and look like natural teeth. They are made of different types of porcelain: porcelain fused to tooth-colored core materials, porcelain fused to metal, or gold. For crowns that are being placed in the back of the mouth where chewing and strength are required, we will typically place gold crowns because of their durability. They never break and last an extremely long period of time. Porcelain crowns will last 20 years or more with the proper care, but will typically last at least five years depending on an individual’s oral hygiene and any grinding or tooth-clenching habits that they may exhibit.
- BridgesBridges – A missing tooth can have a devastating effect on a patient’s smile, and a fixed dental bridge is a common restoration option. A bridge consists of an artificial tooth attached to two crowns. The crowns are placed on the teeth that border the gap. The completed restoration is aesthetically pleasing.
- Dental BondingBonding is a restorative procedure for chipped, cracked, discolored, or misaligned teeth. Direct bonding adds composite resin to pre-existing teeth to re-contour, reshape, create bulk, or make the tooth longer. There are a number of times in which dental bonding is beneficial in improving one's smile. When bonding, the dentist etches the tooth’s surface and applies a bonding agent. They will then apply a resin/composite and shape it to appear like your natural tooth. Bonding is also a conservative way of giving your teeth a straight appearance when the edges are misaligned, and is also used to help fill in gaps between teeth without the need for extensive orthodontic work. Bonding typically lasts up to five years before needing a repair and does not require any special care or attention from the patient.
- Restorative DentistryRestorative Dentistry: Of course, even with the best at home care, dental issues can occur. Gum disease, chipped or cracked teeth, sensitivity to hot and cold, and cavities are just some of the problems that could cause pain in your mouth. If this happens, you can be sure that Drs. Vo and Breckley will treat you in the same gentle and kind manner that you deserve. They will completely explain the issue, outline all possible courses of action, and work with you to select the plan that is best suited for your unique case. During all procedures they will make sure that you're comfortable and feeling no pain.
- Root Canal TreatmentA root canal is a common dental treatment to alleviate pain and/or infection of a decayed or injured tooth. This may be due to a nerve of a tooth, and is oftentimes caused by a cavity or some sort of decay within the tooth. Trauma can also cause problems to your tooth, such as the clenching or grinding of the teeth. When a root canal needs to be done, we will remove the inflamed nerve tissue from the tooth.
- Gingivectomy and Gingivoplasty
- Periodontal SurgeryOver a period of a few weeks with proper use, we will then see the patient again to check our progress. Our hope is that after a few weeks, the pockets between the teeth and gums have reduced to a range of 2-3mm. This will help reduce inflammation and get the patient back to a dental state in which to take control of the disease and keep it from reoccurring. When this does not work, we will then complete minor periodontal surgery, in which, we will remove some tissue and do a manual pocket reduction, in order to limit the pockets of the anaerobic bacteria that is the cause of severe gum disease.
- Deep Cleaning"My Experience - As I enter the office all the gals are so friendly! They know me by name and offer me something to drink. I never wait long and they usher me back chatting as we walk. The music is Gospel and Christmas and I so appreciate that special touch. I know someone bigger than my dentist is guiding her/his hands. Most of all they know it too. My hygienist is EXCEPTIONAL and the Periodontitis is OVER THE MOON.....First time I had that deep cleaning and she was an Angel, truly. I like the fact that your assistants tell you what they are going to do as does my dentist. As they work on my small mouth they never complain just ask me to "open as wide as I can"! I never receive surprise BILLS or IF payments change it is in my favor..... Lisa is the reason I came and the TEAM is the reason I stay. Do not forget I drive from Roswell to Marietta BECAUSE of all the things listed above. May you have a very blessed Christmas and I will see you soon. Enthusiastically,"
- DenturesDentures - also called false teeth - have traditionally been used as solutions for patients who have experienced tooth loss. While dentures have several benefits such as improved appearance and restoration of the fullness of the face around the mouth, they may also have some negative features, such as...
- OverdenturesThe next step up from dentures and partial dentures are implant overdentures. An overdenture is made by placing two or more implants into the jawbone and “snapping” a removable denture onto the implants. This stabilizes the denture and allows the patient to eat and chew better. This is one of our common recommendations for patients, based on previous experiences and the comfort level that our patients have reported after the treatment. They love the retention and stability that they receive from wearing overdentures, and they find them to be a more affordable alternative to replacing all of their teeth with dental implants and crowns.
- Dental ImplantsWhen an individual is missing teeth, they have a variety of options when it comes to replacing the tooth with a restorative prosthesis, in order to give them a natural, flawless smile. One of these treatment options may include dental implants.

- Tooth ExtractionsA tooth may be extracted for many reasons, including severe decay, trauma, periodontal disease, or poor positioning in the mouth. Tooth extraction is used after all other treatment options have been exhausted in order to save and recover the tooth.

- OrthodonticsLooking for a way to straighten your teeth without wires and brackets? Say hello to Invisalign! Invisalign is a revolutionary system that combines 3D technology and the science of orthodontics to create clear plastic aligner trays to gently reposition teeth in a discreet yet affordable manner. Drs. Lan Vo and Sean Breckley are excited to offer this treatment to teenagers and adults in their practice.
- Invisalign OrthodonticsInvisalign aligners are meant to move the teeth in small steps until they have reached their desired final positions. Using 3D technology and special “digitized” molds, the Invisalign laboratory fabricates a series of trays for the entire treatment. These are designed to fit precisely over the dental arch. Each tray is worn for two weeks during which the next tray in the series is used. This sequence of trays may be anywhere from 12 trays to 48, depending on the severity of the misalignment and the compliance by patients.
- BracesInvisalign trays are worn at all times day and night but can easily be removed for brushing, flossing, and eating. As each week goes by, patients will notice small changes in their smile, especially as they insert their new aligner tray. The team of 32 Dental uses Invisalign to provide patients with an alternative to conventional braces and a way to repair their smile without having to see a specialist whom they do not already know and trust as they do their current dental team.
- Teeth WhiteningProfessional whitening achieves results in less time and is safer than over-the-counter products. It is strongly recommended to have your teeth examined and professionally cleaned prior to whitening to have safe, effective results.

- General DentistryGeneral Dentistry: We believe that prevention is the key to a healthy mouth. We provide information and education to our patients to ensure that each person understands the importance of brushing, flossing, and at-home dental care.
