Provided by YP.comThe staff is really helpful and their prices are just so good. I do recommend having your countertop done with them.

Provided by YP.comTim,
We are sorry you feel this way about our company, we have truly tried to offer you a solution to the issue regarding the soap dispenser, and we returned to the job site on Tuesday 12/8/15 (even knowing that you called us two months after the installation) to come up with the best solution for you. So, you must understand our installers position when it comes to the installation process. The person in charge on the job site the day of install, showed (pointed) to the location where to drill the hole for the soap dispenser. They assumed this person/plumber knew to cut the plumbing pipes to give room for the dispenser. Our installers are not licensed plumbers, and if they are told directly where to drill the hole, that is where they will drill the hole. The best/easiest solution is to have your plumber cut the pvc pipe 2'' or 3'' and move the pipes further down. This is all in result of getting a new sink, the plumbing pipes have to be adjusted to the new sink. We provided the service you paid us to do, the person in charge told the installers where to drill the hole, and we did as we were told. We do not feel that we are at any fault in this matter. It is not fair you assume all the blame on us, we also offered to come and replace the drill hole, by filling in the hole with another piece of cored granite. But as explained it will be very noticeable. The best solution in this case is to have your plumber cut the pipe as explained and the dispenser will fit properly.

Provided by YPmobileThe installation was fine but they drilled a hole for a soap dispenser with out looking under the cabinet to see there was a plumbing pipe? All they had to do was look and make sure was ok before drilling hole through my new granite i asked that they fix it and they refused and wanted to charge me extra? Wow thats pretty crappy now i have ugly hole they wouldnt even fix, and on top of that they tried to blame me for their mistake, they asked which side of faucet i wanted the dispenser but failed to look before drilling now it is ruined and they could care less i would NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE
