Great service and extremely pleasant to work with. They came to my house and repaired my computer that wouldn't start up. The technician fixed the issue quickly along with other problems I was having. He took the time to explain what he was doing so I don't make the same mistake again. Everything was completed within the hour and the price was very reasonable versus other companies I have used in the past. They are now my go to computer company.

All they cared about is collecting a diagnostic fee. Best ever customer service experience. I have never taken my laptop for service. I called around and received some really scary comments. Then I talked to my neighbor who recommended Computer Renaissance. I called and they were helpful and courteous. I have a business laptop that wouldn't power on. Other repair shops were quoting $350 up for motherboard replacement. Computer Renaissance repaired my motherboard for $120...the same day I dropped it off. I have never felt so comfortable with dealing with somone as the people at computer renaissance Kennesaw. They have my business...I will never go anywhere else.

These people are great...they saved my life by fixing my computer at a fraction of the cost that other computer stores were quoting. Plus, they repaired it the same day!!! WOW. Everyone else said at least 7 days wait time. Computer Renaissance is now my new best friend. The people are extremely friendly...it's like visiting family.
