Founded in 1969, First Baptist Christian School Kennesaw is owned and operated by the ministry of Kennesaw. Located in Kennesaw, Ga., it offers enrichment programs in Spanish, computer applications, music, library, band, and physical and health education. The school is accredited by the Association of Christian Schools International. First Baptist Christian School Kennesaw employs a work force of more than 30 full-time classroom teachers, paraprofessionals, health and safety associates, resource and student service coordinators, librarians and computer specialists. It maintains a parent-teacher fellowship whose members serve as event and script coordinators. The school conducts academic classes for students in kindergarten through fifth grade.
