Atlanta Nisseki CLAF Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Nippon Oil Corporation of Japan, which is one of the largest energy-related companies in Japan. Established in 1990, the company produces CLAF fabrics and serves clients in North America, Latin America, Europe and the Middle East. Its sister concern, Nisseki Plasto Co. Ltd. manufactures its MILIFE product. CLAF (the versatile reinforcement mesh) is cross-laminated, polyethylene open mesh of extremely accurate strands and is the reinforcement material in many composites, including films, papers, nonwovens and foils. Atlanta Nisseki CLAF Inc. provides its products for various applications, such as packaging, industrial, office, home and hardware and construction.
