I spoke with Pete (owner) today around 3 o'clock this afternoon and asked about pricing and availability of pest control services.



He was very rude and obnoxious when speaking with me over the phone. He immediately assumed that I was a solicitor, after numerous times I had stated that I was not. I told him that he had mistaken me for someone else. He stated that I should take my business elsewhere, because he only serves his "kind of people!" (Caucasian) I have never been so humiliated and offended in my life. I will not ever use or refer anyone to this business. I am so glad I did not allow this man into my home.
