y boss placed an order with Kevin way back in August. They since had a falling out and Kevin never placed the order for shirts. The shirts are for a daycare center and we are repeat customers. So to try and keep things civil I placed the order with the Owner Johnny in the Middle of August since there was no previous information that an order had been placed prior to my calling. Then hurricane Issac hit and I can understand that things get delayed. But now it is the middle of Oct. and there is now no record to show that I placed the order back in August. Kevin will not come to the phone or return phone calls. When I called 10/5 , Johnny was out of town and I left my contact information for him to call me when he got in. I never received a call so I called back today 10/10. The first time I didn't even get to speak to Johnny, I was put on hold and then the phone disconnected. So I called back. When I spoke to Johnny I asked what happened to the order I placed back in August. He said that my boss and Kevin had a disagreement and that if she was the owner of the business that he did not want to do business with her. I never did get an answer as to where MY order went. I understand if you don't like my boss but I personally placed the order over a month ago and never was I informed by AAA Silk Screening that they were not going to do my order. Johnny promptly hung up on me and I find everyone at this company to be completely unprofessional and incompetent to run a business. I tried to handle this calmly and professionally to keep the peace but yet I was completely disregarded and forgotten. All they had to say from when my boss and Kevin had a falling out was that "Due to personal reasons we cannot continue to do business with you" But instead we were given the run around on the shirts for CHILDREN for over 2 months. It is pathetic and I strongly recommend you find a business elsewhere to get any t-shirts printed. These people are not who you want to support. F- !
