I have been seeing Dr Kong for about 20!years and I am very please with him and his staff. I feel like family when get there as they treat me very personable and nice. My parents came back horrified of this place! The Dr. they are very pleased with but as for the young ladies who were supposed to be helping them not so much. My parents asked for help and both ladies were so rude I was shocked at their answers!!! Such a shame people have to be rude and for the record my parents will not recommend this place to anyone nor go back! Im glad my parents are polite and have manners because I would have left!

I went to optical one for the first time last week and I will never go to another optical again! The Doctor is great and the staff was very friendly... The selection for the medicaid frames was bigger and better then any other place I have been to, I will definitely go back next year for my next eye exam.

I have been to several optical retail stores around new orleans, and when my friend recommended me to go see Dr Khong at Optical One, I decided to give it a try. It was the best experience I have ever had. I didn't feel I was overcharged and my eyes were well taken care of by Dr Khong, who is also the owner of the establishment. They have a large selection of designer frames and sunglasses and they even had my contacts in stock. I would definitely refer my friends and family to optical one.
