Very unprofessional business. Had to make two different appointments. First appointment was never recorded. When I showed up for the second appointment, no one was at the location and no one bothered to call and tell me my appointment had been canceled. Couldn’t even get into the building to speak with anyone. When I called to see what was going on, the man I spoke with said there was no record of me making my second appointment either. The building was closed because no one showed up for work. Very disappointed and I wouldn’t recommend anyone go to this specific location.
I came to see Dr. Cruz for a 2nd opinion since the ear/nose/throat Dr. I went to in Metairie was careless about the pain/infection I had on my outer/inner ear. Dr. Cruz diagnosed it as mrsa & cleaned it up with silver nitrate & problem was solved! He gave me a Rx to use for a while & said if it ever returns, come back asap. It has been 3 years & no problems. He is very smart & doesn't mess around giving wrong diagnosis.
Dr. Dimitri and the staff are awesome and have professionally administered to my skin needs for many years.
My appointment was for 9:30. I signed in 20 minutes early. I filled out paperwork for about 15 minutes. I waited about 10 minutes longer. The clinic was busy, thats for sure. The office was clean. The nurses were friendly and professional. I waited about 10 minutes more for the doctor. Dr Belinda is really good. She examined my skin and gave me 2 prescriptions. I am very happy with my experience. My skin is better.
I only have good things to say about Dr Dimitri and Dimitri Dermatology. She has taken care of my skin for years and she is really good. Very satisfied customer.
This is the best dermatologist ever. I would recommend her to everyone looking for a wonderful doctor.
First time visit. I saw Dr Dimitri. The office was nice. She was very friendly. No wait to speak of. She explained my diagnosis and treatment completely.
