We provide many Intuitive Services such as uncovering facts about what is held in the body and mind so we can learn how they impact our lives, release them and feel more free and joyful in day to day life. We provide many classes ex: yoga, meditation, creative self talk ect. to provide relief from pain physically and emotionally and create comfort in your lives Workshops to encourage self exploration and deep releasing of past trauma, leaving new healthy habits. We offer many guest teachers and speakers to share their knowledge, all different, but with the same intent. The intent to create more joy, more bliss, more self awareness and more peace in your life.
