The classic Kenilworth Diner - excellent and has without a doubt the best home made cheese cake in the world....to die for.....I miss you guys - I live in California now.....

Absolutely the best home cooked meals at a diner!! Small town atmosphere, friendly staff and owners. Never ever have been disappointed with the food or service. And - You have to try the Cream Puffs- They are huge!



As for the last persons review -- maybe you shouldn't have a scout meeting at diner?!? I think it is so inconsiderate to the other people trying enjoy there dinner and the waitress trying to make a living when you tie up a table for hours!

I went into the diner to feed my son and to have a little planning meeting for scouts. Food was served quickly, without even taking a bite of his food, we got the bill (ordered a kids meal that comes with desert). I got into my little meeting, the waitress that waited on my son and I, NEVER came back to check on us. The time I was there I kept thinking there is something missing. So I hand the waitress my credit card, and asked her doesn't my son get ice cream? She snapped at me and said "You want it NOW?!?!". So for the first time in my life, I didn't leave a tip, wrote on the back of the reciept "next time don't ignore your customers". I called the next day and talked to the manager. He said "Oh you're the one that didn't leave a tip." I told him I didn't because of the way she acted about the ice cream, which it seems like she didn't tell him how rude she was. His response was "well whatever. I apologize." and hung up on me. Not very professional. And yes, at first I did leave a tip, but after that rude response about the desert, I took the tip back.
