I'm not one to give bad reviews but this guy certainly earned a big fat 1-star rating. Don't be fooled by his 'have a blessed day' endings on all phone calls and text messages.

I hired him to install a weather shield for me on one of our Speed-Lifts. I explained both before and after I had him do the job that I could pay him immediately afterwards with a credit card or if he would rather have a check we pay all invoices net 30 unless otherwise indicated on the invoice. He wanted paid by check and he didn't send an invoice with any due date.

After 11 days he started texting me about not having his check yet. I gently reminded him about our payment terms. He never responded.

Three days later he texted me again saying he still didn't have his check and that I never told him it could take 30 days for him to get paid. Then he said he would go back to the store and take the weather shield back down.

He later called my office and was extremely rude to the woman who answered.

In my opinion that's NOT how you win over customers and get business. Needless to say I'll never use or recommend him to anyone.

Great Job! They arrived on time, worked quickly, fixed a several items around the house, and moved items from the attic and basement. They have a truck to haul your unwanted items away. Cheaper than a dumpster and they load it for you!
