      General Info
      Personally, I have had my own struggles with anger. Many attempts at therapy or with medications did not work. I found the answer in anger-specific therapy. Since then, I have spent many years acquiring expertise in the treatment of anger and in actively helping others move beyond their anger. Due to my own experience on both sides of the anger issue, I do promise that at AARI, you will not be judged or disrespected. Most importantly, your experience at AARI will be personalized just for you. The advantage of this method is that it’s a non-confrontational approach that promotes change through awareness and education. I do believe you can be at peace with the feeling of anger and with the people in your life.
