We ordered a cultured marble shower insert from Virginia Marble through the company that supplied products to our contractor. It came in three sheets, one for each wall. Unfortunately, we were not here when the contractor began installing the insets. When he installed the first sheet, he thought the pattern looked defective, but since he did not know what it was supposed to look like, he went ahead and installed it. When he opened the second insert, the pattern did not even come close to matching the first insert. The accent also did not match in the corners. When the third box was opened, that insert did not match anything either. Since we would have had to wait over three weeks to get another insert, we asked for a refund and had to purchase tile and have that installed instead. We asked Virginia Marble to help with the cost of installing and then removing their defective inserts. They refused to do one thing to help us even though it was their mistake. I can’t believe that company would not help cover the cost of their mistake. It wasn’t our fault the material was defective nor was it our contractor’s fault, yet they are sticking us with the cost of installing and then removing their bad product.

I've recently dealt with Virginia Marble on a personal level. I ordered new tops for my bathroom in their natural stone through a company in northern va. When i received them, they were damaged due to the installers just not caring. Long story short, I called Virginia Marble to see if there was any way i could repair them. They ended up replacing these tops at no charge AND delivering them to my house! (I got a new installer!!) Their customer service was amazing and their accents are adorable! I'm very pleased with the amount of service i got here!

With my experience with Virginia Marble they proved to be a very professional company offering great customer service and excellent products. I will continue to do business with them in the future.
