I called and asked for a rush quote to change the electrical panel in a property I manage. Bob went out right away and because he did he potentially saved the owner of this home thousands of dollars. A pipe in the upstairs bathroom had broken and was leaking . He cleaned up the mess dried it out and repaired the broken pipe right then! That is awesome customer service!

The office manager is never there when I need to speak to her, and when I do speak to her, she has the nerve to argue with me. The owner is 10x worse! He tried to make me change my BBB review because he gave poor service! He demanded it!
