I always use Platinum Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs. Over the last couple years I've had a gas line put in for a new cook-top and for a new gas dryer. I've had my water heater serviced and repaired and even the occasional toilet issue resolved. Platinum Plumbing gives amazing service to it's customers and Nick is very knowledgeable on all aspects of plumbing. I will be soon be relocating the washer and dryer in the house to where the water heater currently sits, and you can bet that Platinum Plumbing will the the company I use. Platinum Pluming came out New Years Eve to fix my water hosebib and it was a 3:30 call but took longer than he expected due to another plumbers install job, he stayed and completed the job finished about 7pm, very grateful for Nick and Platinum Plumbing. Dont over charge and very professional and clean. I even gave a 50.00 tip thast how well I love this company.

When I was trying to replace the outside water faucet, the copper pipe broke, the main water line was closed, and I had no water going into the house. It was close to 7:00 PM and I was in trouble without water. Then, I called Platinum Plumbing, Nick re-arranges his evening schedule to help me and within an hour he was at my house. He knew the best approach to fix the broken water line, and after replacing a few parts and welding the copper pipes, the waterline was fixed. Yeah!! A true company that sticks to their word, gave me an estimate over the phone, when Nick came out the work took a little more than he expected and only charged what he told me on the phone. Very true and honest company who takes pride in his plumbing work.

Nick is always on time, has no problem providing estimates, and has always gotten the job done for us. Installed new water heater, including flood control. Installed new toilets. Platnum Plumbing come out at 9:30pm to fix my yard leak, they were at my home withing 45min and very professional, clean and honest. Reapired my yard leak and took pictures of before and after and sent them to me.
