Good place to live in.

My Mother has been a resident for more than a year. I am extremely dissapointed in the food service, quality, availability of fresh foods and ingredients to prepare a meal for senior citizens. Many of whom have difficulty eating and chewing some meals. Some who have dietary needs, as diabetes. Some of the staff recognizes these needs, MANAGEMENT DOES NOT RESPOND. Some employees DO NOT know how to cook! Individuals are paying exteme amounts of money. Where is is going? Do you need to ask? Really? Individual alrams are not responded to within the time needed to address these peoples needs. Where is the care that these people need, does MUSTANG CREEK CARE or do they just want your money??
