This is one of the nicest apartments I found in the Keizer area. I feel like I got a great deal for the size of the apartment and nice location. The manager is a sweetheart and runs the place professionally but makes sure the rules are followed. My townhouse has two bedrooms and a bath upstairs and a half bath down...great layout.

Nothing but bad reviews about this place all over the Internet all saying what I am sayng. The manager @ Rose Park is the most pathetic, horrible, two faced liar I have ever met in my life. Place is a dump. She treats her tenants like the trash she is & well this is my opion.
